Trivantage Community FCU offers loans for a new home purchase or refinance your current home at a lower rate.  We offer competitive fixed and variable rates for first mortgages.  Our mortgage terms range up to 30 years and must be owner occupied.  Trivantage Community FCU does not currently give loans on rentals or businesses at this time.  However, these services are planned for a later time.  Make an appointment with the mortgage loan officer for further questions.
